Terms and Conditions for Outdoor Active Camps

1. Acknowledgement of Risks: By enrolling your child in our multi-activity camp, you acknowledge that participation in activities may involve inherent risks. You agree to release the camp organizers, staff and affiliates from liability in the event of any accidents or injuries during the camp.
2. Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or modify a booking. Cancellations made within this period may be subject to a fee. We reserve the right to use discretion in special cases.
3. Refunds and Transfers: Any eligible refund requests will be processed based on the timing of cancellation. Transfers to future sessions may be considered at our discretion.
4. Administration of Medications: By enrolling your child, you consent to the camp staff administering any necessary medications to your child while acting in loco parentis. Parents must provide clear instructions and any required medication before the start of the camp.
5. Health and Safety: Parents or guardians must ensure that all medical and emergency contact information is up to date. Any specific health needs or conditions must be disclosed to us prior to the camp.
